• Engage talent, identify right people, and manage full hiring process

• Collaborate globally to develop and implement recruiting strategies
• Build Elastic brand before, during, and after recruitment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting across Sales; agency and corporate experience preferred
• Understanding of hiring teams and their roles
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments (software/startups)
• Strong attention to detail and multiple-req management
• Business acumen; ability to articulate Elastic value to candidates
• Proficient in establishing relationships via phone, email, social media
