What You’ll Do

• Support hiring across our G&A and non-technical functions, including finance, operations
• Partner closely with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs and priorities across
• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer negotiation and closing in a fast paced and
• Source high-quality, diverse talent through creative outreach, networking, and tools like HireEZ
• Manage and optimize recruiting workflows using our ATS (Ashby) to ensure a smooth, data-informed
• Provide a world-class candidate experience that reflects Temporal’s values.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to finance, operations
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth startup or infrastructure /dev-tool
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and engage technical talent communities.
• Strong working knowledge of ATS (Ashby strongly preferred) and Sourcing platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with senior leadership.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple searches without

🎁 Benefits

• The estimated pay range for this role is $108,000 - $178,500
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Temporal’s equity plan.
