Senior Recruiter - GTM - USA (Remote)

📋 Description

• Source and personally engage passive GTM candidates directly, including candidates who are not
• Build and run targeted search strategies for open GTM roles (Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing
• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles end to end, from candidate list and outreach through offer and
• Partner with GTM hiring managers to define candidate profiles and adjust search strategy in real
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through offer
• Bring market insight on GTM talent availability and compensation to hiring conversations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 3+ years specifically in GTM roles (Sales
• Track record of personally sourcing and closing majority of hires through outbound outreach
• Experience owning 10+ concurrent GTM searches at a time
• Direct sourcing across at least 2 of these functions: Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing
• Deep GTM business acumen and ability to discuss what makes someone great in a GTM function
• Regular, self-directed use of AI tools in sourcing or search strategy
