📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across R&D functions (engineering, technical roles) in a fast-paced
• Collaborate with hiring managers, People Operations, and leadership to define hiring priorities.
• Source and close senior/staff+ technical talent in a competitive market.
• Manage recruiting workflows and data using Ashby ATS for a smooth process.
• Provide a world-class candidate experience aligned with Temporal’s values.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks to maintain velocity without sacrificing quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with deep technical fluency.
• Experience in specialized technical markets (distributed systems, cloud infra, workflow
• Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth startups or infrastructure/dev-tool environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage technical talent communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable interfacing with senior leadership.
• Strong ATS/Sourcing platform knowledge (Ashby strongly preferred).

🎁 Benefits

• Compensation range: $108,000 - $178,500 per year.
