Senior Recruiter, Water & Transportation - A/E/C Industry required

📋 Description

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake to placement.
• Partner with hiring managers on staffing and job descriptions.
• Source and engage talent across water, wastewater, drinking water, stormwater, transportation
• Build pipelines nationwide via networks, direct outreach, and recruiting tools.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews with clear assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout process.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years recruiting experience in A/E/C technical talent.
• Experience in Water/Wastewater, Transportation, Roadway, Traffic, or Land Development Civil
• Experience recruiting across multiple levels; strong in Transportation and Water is preferred.
• Proven sourcing, networking, and talent pipeline development.
• Strong interviewing and written/verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with ATS and recruiting software; self-starter with ownership mindset.
