📋 Description

• Lead regulatory compliance and quality improvement across WelbeHealth markets in a PACE environment.
• Coordinate corrective action plans (CAPs) and preventive measures after audits, complaints, and
• Facilitate root cause analyses (RCA) with cross-functional partners and translate RCA outcomes into
• Collaborate with QODs, EDs, and MDs to address regulatory findings at the market level.
• Monitor CAP progress, generate leadership reports, and ensure sustainable quality improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Located in Los Angeles County for travel to
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare quality improvement/assurance or related eldercare programs with
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma) and healthcare
• Proficient with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI) and electronic
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership skills.
