📋 Description

• Role ensures operations comply with state and federal rules including HIPAA.
• Support Regulatory Change Management and regulatory investigations.
• Communicate regulatory updates to clients and internal teams.
• Oversee implementation, testing, and QA of new regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business units on regulatory impact to operations or systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor, Law Degree, or related master in Health Services/Public Health or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in Healthcare Compliance or regulatory management.
• 3+ years with Medicare/government programs.
• Experience with PBM operations or health plan pharmacy ops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• On-site requirements with hybrid work model (Puerto Rico).
