Senior Research Associate

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and validate automated high-throughput NGS assays for FDA/regulatory submission
• Execute technical projects and timelines in NGS-based assays.
• Design and perform moderate to high complexity experiments; analyze data (JMP, Excel).
• Collaborate with assay development, QA, and multiple internal groups to define assay specs
• Ensure methods meet rigorous quality standards with Clinical Laboratory and Quality Assurance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify and timely execute projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in molecular biology/genetics/biochemistry or related with 4+ years industry experience
• Experience with IVD product development and design controls.
• Strong understanding of nucleic acid chemistry, PCR, NGS library prep, and hybrid capture
• Hands-on reagent preparation and QC for NGS-based assays.
• Experience with high-throughput automated assays using liquid handling robots.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management; ability to manage multiple priorities
