📋 Description

• Lead a pod of researchers to deliver high-impact, complex engagements.
• Own and escalate research projects; ensure client satisfaction, growth, and retention.
• Hybrid/remote role with US-wide policy; pods in NYC, Chicago, D.C. optional; schedule aligned to
• Travel occasionally for ad hoc in-person requests and annual all-team summit.
• Partner with GTM and Sales to land new clients and upsell.
• Hands-on and people leadership to drive performance, clarity, and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of market research experience; minimum 3 years in people management.
• Experience leading discovery, scoping, questionnaires, analysis plans, and stakeholder-ready
• Proven ability to drive initiatives in ambiguous startup environments; enterprise client
• Strong people management: hiring, onboarding, performance management, conflict resolution, morale.
• Ability to scope projects deeply and build client Research Context Library (RCL).
• Adept at collaborating with Sales for solutions and pilot-to-subscription conversions.
