📋 Description

• Formulate original research questions around model architectures, efficiency, reasoning, memory and
• Translate research ideas into rigorous experimental programs with clear hypotheses and outcomes.
• Design, implement and evaluate architectural changes at meaningful model scales.
• Research efficient, sparse and adaptive attention mechanisms, long-context architectures
• Investigate new approaches to reasoning, continual adaptation and dynamic inference.
• Develop methods to preserve or improve model quality while reducing training and inference costs.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in ML or related field, or equivalent depth of research experience.
• Deep understanding of transformers, attention, language-model training and modern architectures.
• Strong track record of research publications or equivalent impact.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, design rigorous experiments and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Strong Python implementation skills and experience with modern deep-learning frameworks.
• Hands-on experience training/evaluating ML models at scale.
