Senior Retail Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day retail order fulfillment, monitoring shipments and resolving delivery issues before
• Manage base inventory proactively to prevent order shortfalls.
• Process new retail orders accurately and on time to maintain product availability.
• Conduct inventory reviews ahead of promotions/new product launches for smooth execution.
• Track OTIF, chargebacks, late shipments, and related metrics to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with 3PL and logistics partners to meet service levels and SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in retail operations, order fulfillment, replenishment, or related in a CPG environment.
• Direct experience with Walmart/club channels; experience with Sam's Club/Costco; distributors like
• Strong understanding of EDI order management, lot codes, expiration handling, and retail
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to identify risks and inform decisions.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic modeling).
• Experience with ERP/WMS platforms; Fulfil.io familiarity is a plus.
