Senior Retail Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day retail order fulfillment, monitor shipments, resolve delivery issues
• Manage base inventory, prevent shortages, communicate risks
• Process new retail orders timely to maintain product availability
• Conduct inventory reviews ahead of promotions/new product launches
• Track OTIF, chargebacks, late shipments, via insights for improvements
• Manage relationships with 3PL and logistics partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in retail ops, order fulfilment, or related in CPG
• Direct Walmart/club channel experience; distributors like UNFI/KeHE desirable
• Solid understanding of EDI, lot codes, expirations, retail processes
• Strong analytical skills to use data for risk detection and decisions
• Advanced Excel/Sheets incl. pivot, VLOOKUP, modeling
• Experience with ERP and WMS; Fulfil.io familiarity a plus
