📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day retail fulfillment and shipments.
• Manage inventory and prevent shortages ahead of promotions.
• Process orders accurately to maintain stock and service levels.
• Review OTIF, chargebacks, and shipping performance.
• Collaborate with 3PLs, retailers, and logistics partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in retail operations, order fulfillment, or similar (CPG).
• Experience with Walmart/Club channels; distributors like UNFI/KeHE desirable.
• EDI order management, lot/expiry handling knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; ERP/WMS familiarity; Fulfil.io a plus.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
