Senior Retail Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day retail order fulfillment, monitor shipments, resolve delivery issues.
• Manage base inventory, prevent shortages, communicate risks early.
• Process new retail orders accurately within required timelines.
• Conduct inventory reviews before promotions and launches.
• Track OTIF, chargebacks, late shipments, and related metrics.
• Partner with 3PL/logistics, resolve escalations, meet SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in retail ops, fulfillment, replenishment, or related.
• Direct Walmart/club channel experience; distributor experience a plus.
• EDI order mgmt, lot codes, expiration handling know-how.
• Strong analytical skills to use data for risk and decisions.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets with pivots, VLOOKUP, basic modeling.
• Experience with ERP and WMS; Fulfil.io familiarity a plus.
