📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day fulfillment, monitor shipments, and resolve delivery issues to avoid late or
• Manage base inventory, identify shortages, and flag risks early.
• Process new retail orders within required timelines to maintain product availability.
• Conduct inventory reviews around promotions and new launches for smooth execution.
• Track OTIF, chargebacks, late shipments, and use insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with 3PL and logistics partners to meet SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in retail operations, order fulfillment, replenishment, or related in a CPG environment.
• Direct experience with Walmart/club channels; distributors like UNFI/KeHE desirable.
• EDI order management, lot/expiry handling, and retail fulfillment know-how.
• Strong analytical skills to use data for risk identification and decisions.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic modeling).
• Experience with ERP/WMS; Fulfil.io familiarity is a strong advantage.
