Senior Retail Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day retail fulfillment and shipments
• Manage base inventory to prevent stockouts
• Process new retail orders on time
• Review inventory pre-promotions/new launches
• Monitor OTIF, chargebacks, and delays
• Coordinate with 3PL and logistics partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in retail ops or related field in a CPG env
• Direct experience with Walmart/Sam's Club or Costco
• EDI order mgmt, lot codes, expiry handling
• Strong data analysis to drive decisions
• Excel/Sheets proficiency (pivot, VLOOKUP)
• ERP/WMS experience; Fulfil.io familiarity a plus
