Senior Revenue Accountant

📋 Description

• Revenue accounting for ASC 606 with a focus on accurate and timely recognition.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Review revenue transactions across hardware, software, support, and services.
• Assist with reconciliations, deferred revenue rollforwards, and related schedules.
• Prepare flux analyses and management reporting for revenue and related accounts.
• Support audits with audit-ready revenue documentation and internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 3-4+ years accounting experience, including 1-2+ years revenue accounting.
• Working knowledge of ASC 606; software industry experience preferred.
• Month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
• Strong Excel skills; able to handle large data sets and detailed schedules.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
