• Owning the integrity, accuracy and consistency of reward data across compensation, incentives and
• Producing high-quality reward analysis, models and dashboards
• Leading data analysis for annual and mid-year reward reviews
• Delivering market benchmarking and pay analysis
• Monitoring outcomes: pay positioning, progression, incentives and equity data
• Maintaining reliable reward datasets and reporting processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in reward analysis or related analytical role
• Advanced analytical and numerical skills with large datasets
• Excellent attention to detail and well-documented outputs
• Advanced Excel; experience with reporting/visualisation tools is a plus
• Experience in reward benchmarking and pay review modelling
• Understanding of data governance, quality checks and audit trails
