Senior RFP Analyst

📋 Description

• Coordinate and scale RFP, RFI, and DDQ response operations in a fast-moving, collaborative
• Manage live proposal projects from intake through submission, keeping stakeholders aligned and
• Work across Sales, Solutions, Product, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Marketing, and other teams
• Help maintain and improve the centralized proposal content library for consistency and reuse.
• Identify automation opportunities and AI-enabled workflow improvements to streamline processes.
• Influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in proposal operations, RFP management, project management, GTM operations, or
• Experience managing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, or similar structured response processes is preferred.
• Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines, owners, and workstreams.
• Strong project management and disciplined tracking of deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clarity and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
