Senior Risk Analyst

📋 Description

• Identify, analyze, measure, and manage all types of risk per BSP requirements.
• Provide independent risk analysis to support business and investment strategies.
• Develop and maintain risk management infrastructure to monitor and report risk exposures.
• Conduct risk assessments for new products, activities, and processes.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc risk reports highlighting exposures and breaches.
• Promote risk awareness through education and advisory support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• At least 5 years in risk management or related finance/audit roles.
• Strong familiarity with BSP regulations, ISO, COSO, Basel II/III.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of accounting systems, financial statements, ratios, and risk metrics.
