Senior Risk Manager

📋 Description

• Design, implement and maintain a risk management framework for the Trading Venue segment, covering
• Oversee market surveillance to identify rule infringements, disorderly trading, market abuse
• Assess prospective and existing members' trading ability and financial resource adequacy relative
• Ensure oversight of the venue's systems and controls, including algorithmic trading resilience and
• Support DLT infrastructure risk oversight and business continuity considerations
• Act as the venue's accountable risk contact and, where applicable, PQ status with MFSA

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, law, business administration or related field; relevant
• 8+ years' experience in risk, compliance or regulatory role within a Trading Venue or equivalent
• Strong understanding of MFSA framework (or ESMA-equivalent) and MiFID II requirements
• Familiarity with DLT-based market infrastructure and related risk considerations
