Senior Ruby Developer (Ruby & Go)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and own backend services with Ruby on Rails and Go
• Lead integration of payment providers and methods
• Build end-to-end deposit/withdrawal workflows
• Design and consume PSP APIs, webhooks, callbacks
• Develop transaction routing, status tracking, and lifecycle logic
• Ensure robust handling of states, retries, idempotency, and failures

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend engineering, API-driven environments
• Strong Ruby/Rails experience; Go production experience preferred
• Proven PMs with payment providers and financial APIs
• Deep understanding of payment flows, webhooks, states
• PCI DSS knowledge and secure handling of data
• Reconciliation, idempotency, retries, error handling
