Expert-level Rust with memory safety, concurrency, and performance optimization.
Deep Solana and SVM experience; can build production-grade programs (with or without Anchor).
Proven track record shipping decentralized protocols (Perpetuals, DEXs, yield aggregators).
Strong command of derivatives mechanics, perpetual futures, and exchange economics.
Ability to anticipate protocol-level changes on participants, liquidity providers, and solvency.
