📋 Description

• Design and implement core exchange logic and Rust-based smart contracts for high throughput.
• Develop funding rate mechanisms to ensure market stability and balanced open interest.
• Build on-chain infrastructure including AMMs with hybrid liquidity models bridging on-chain/off-chain depth.
• Architect margin systems, liquidations, and real-time risk management logic; audit critical code paths.
• Bridge research to production, converting economic models into efficient smart contracts.
• Optimize protocol execution for Solana Virtual Machine (SVM) and parallelization opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level Rust, focusing on memory safety, concurrency, performance.
• Deep Solana and SVM experience; able to ship prod-grade Rust with/without Anchor.
• Proven track record shipping decentralized protocols (Perps, DEXs, yield aggregators).
• Strong command of derivatives, perpetual futures, and exchange economics.
• Ability to anticipate protocol changes' effects on participants and solvency.
