Coach NBEs and CSMs 1:1, in groups, and 1:many to strengthen selling, discovery, pipeline, and
Deliver live virtual training and coaching aligned to real deals
Partner with Learning Experience designer for async training assets
Coach sales leaders and managers to raise performance with accountability
Reinforce MEDDPICC and solution-selling in coaching practices
Travel occasionally for regional events and SKO

🎯 Requirements

Formal sales training certification
3-5 years leading teams
5-8 years in quota-carrying Sales, AM, or CS
Hands-on experience delivering sales training/coaching (EdTech or K-12 preferred)
Track record of selling and coaching high-performing teams
Strong understanding of the K-12 buyer and sales cycle
