5-7 years in sales enablement, GTM enablement or similar within a B2B SaaS organization
Experience building and scaling enablement programs from the ground up including enablement assets
Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience partnering with Sales, Product, Marketing
Working fluency in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
Strong facilitator: ability to run a live enablement session with tenured GTM employees
Comfortable with ambiguity; can ship without a sponsor clearing the path
