Senior Sales Engineer (remote, Europe)

📋 Description

• Become an expert on Checkly and the monitoring space.
• Drive Monitoring as Code and solve customer problems.
• Work with customers across pre- and post-sales.
• Lead the technical evaluation from demo to implementation.
• Onboarding includes Customer Support; assist when needed.
• Improve technical docs and policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical skills to read, write and debug code (JavaScript/Node.js preferred).
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related Sales Engineering roles.
• Experience in dev-tools SaaS; observability, monitoring or testing background.
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate customer-facing work (Claude Code, Codex, etc.).
• Autonomous and self-motivated in a remote-first environment; collaborative.
• Excellent spoken and written English; located in Europe (UTC+1/UTC+2).
