📋 Description

• Develop and execute client acquisition strategies aligned with company goals.
• Focus on key industries: cross-border e-commerce, gaming, B2B, logistics, education payments.
• Lead and manage client relationships to achieve sales KPIs.
• Identify client pain points in cross-border payments and FX payouts; map to product.
• Collaborate with product, risk, and operations to design industry-specific solutions.
• Improve onboarding and transaction processes to maximize customer lifetime value.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; preferred majors in Finance, International Trade, Marketing.
• 3-6 years in cross-border payments, FX, acquiring, or related fields; card acquiring a plus.
• Familiarity with industry payment scenarios; existing client resources or networks a plus.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and project execution.
• Team leadership mindset and self-driven; able to lead complex sales projects.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.
