Independently manage client relationships to meet sales KPIs.
Identify client pain points in cross-border collection, FX settlement, payouts.
Collaborate with product, risk, and operations to design industry-specific solutions.
Optimize onboarding and transaction processes to maximize customer lifetime value.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; Finance, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
At least 1 year in cross-border payments, FX, or acquiring; card acquiring is a plus.
Familiar with industries' payment needs; existing client resources are a plus.
Strong business development, negotiation, and project execution capabilities.
Team leadership mindset and self-driven; able to lead complex sales projects.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
