Senior Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the evolution of a world-class SI&OP function in a global manufacturing environment.
• Own and improve the SI&OP process to optimize inventory, service, profitability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management, and Finance to align plans.
• Present planning outcomes, assumptions, risks, and action plans to senior leaders.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and technology adoption.
• Support talent development and organizational alignment across regions/sites.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain/operations/planning in manufacturing.
• Proven record leading process improvements and transformations.
• Strong S&OP, inventory optimization, demand planning and supply chain knowledge.
• Effective communicator to executive audiences; ability to influence decisions.
• Experience in matrixed, multi-region organizations; coaching and change management skills.
