Lead SI&OP process across regions and sites.
Own monthly SI&OP cycles: product, demand, supply, reconciliation, exec reviews.
Present outcomes, risks, and actions to senior leadership.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Ops, Finance.
Analyze data to identify opportunities and risks.
Ensure ERP loading of reconciled demand plans.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in SCM/Engineering/Business; Master’s preferred.
10+ years in supply chain, planning, or manufacturing.
Proven experience in process improvements and transformations.
Strong S&OP, inventory optimization, demand planning knowledge.
Executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
Experience in matrixed organizations across regions/sites.
