📋 Description

• Own and improve a best-in-class SI&OP process for growth and ops excellence
• Lead monthly SI&OP cycles across regions and sites
• Present planning outcomes and actions to senior leadership
• Partner with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance
• Analyze data to identify opportunities, risks and improvements
• Ensure ERP loading of reconciled demand plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred
• 10+ years in supply chain/operations planning in manufacturing
• Proven track record leading process improvements
• Strong S&OP, inventory optimization, demand planning knowledge
• Executive communication and cross-regional collaboration
• ERP/BI/tools/demand planning tech proficiency
