🎯 Requirements

3+ years in B2B sales with quotas achieved
Fluent in German and English; based in Germany
Full sales cycle ownership from outreach to close and expansion
Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
Self-starter in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain a major advantage
