• Lead Mid-Market & SMB sales across UK&I.
• Own Primary Care SMB (AEs + SDRs) and Private Market SMB/Mid-Market (AEs, SDRs, BDRs).
• Build playbooks, structure and standards.
• Build inbound/outbound pipeline engines.
• Territory design with Head of Sales + RevOps.
• AI enablement across the sales process.
