Senior Sales Manager (Wholesale)

📋 Description

• Own the sales strategy, forecasting, account planning, and P&L relationships for key national
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, acting as a trusted strategic partner
• Analyze POS data, sell-through performance, and market trends to develop actionable strategies that
• Lead the strategy for independent retailer channels, ensuring merchandising, promotions, and
• Manage third-party representatives, agencies, and external partners supporting retail expansion and
• Develop and oversee retail marketing calendars, including launches, seasonal campaigns, sampling

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in retail or wholesale sales, preferably within a consumer brand environment.
• Proven success growing revenue and sell-through performance within major retail accounts.
• Direct experience managing strategic retail partnerships such as Target, Ulta, or similar
• Strong understanding of forecasting, account planning, P&L ownership, inventory management, POS
• Experience developing and executing retail marketing initiatives, including promotions, co-op
• Ability to build trusted relationships with buyers, negotiate effectively, and identify
