Own full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing to offers and onboarding handoff.
Coordinate headcount reconciliation, compensation alignment, and equity discussions.
Ensure recruitment projects meet milestones with strong administrative discipline.
Engage passive and active talent globally and guide candidates through the process.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of recruiting experience with senior leaders in SaaS/Tech.
3+ years specializing in Sales Recruiting.
Remote-first experience and strong communication in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiar with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
