Senior Salesforce Administrator

📋 Description

• Own Salesforce platform and best practices across org
• Configure/customize objects, fields, rules, layouts
• CPQ configuration and maintenance for quote-to-cash
• Design and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation
• Deliver scalable Salesforce solutions with stakeholders
• Manage GTM integrations (HubSpot, Gong, Planhat, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Salesforce Administrator; independent project delivery
• Salesforce Admin certs; CPQ Specialist cert required; Admin certs preferred
• Experience with CPQ, flows, sandboxes, release processes
• Integrations with Sales/Marketing/CS platforms; data management
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
