📋 Description

Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and build solutions
Configure and optimize Service Cloud features: Omni-Channel, Console, Case Management
Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., CTI, Jira)
Collaborate with US-based team with PST overlap
Shape technical approaches using best practices
Customize Salesforce via declarative and coded methods

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in Salesforce development, including Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
Experience with Omni Channel, Chat, Entitlements, Milestones
5+ years in Salesforce Development: Apex, Trigger, LWC, SOQL
Frontend tech: HTML, CSS, JavaScript in Lightning components
REST/Web Services integrations with third-party apps
