🎯 Requirements

Salesforce Mastery: Service Cloud, Flow, LWC; Service Cloud Voice preferred.
AWS Connect Expertise: Configure Amazon Connect, CTI, Lambda, Lex.
Fullstack Engineering: React/Vue/Angular; Node.js, Python, or Java.
API & Middleware: REST/Websockets for real-time communication.
AI & Agentforce: Experience with Agentforce and integrating LLMs.
Client Engagement: Elite English; consult US clients on cloud strategy.
