📋 Description

• Senior Satellite Industrialization Engineer role with hands-on work moving satellite designs toward
• Contribute to DFM/DFX design standards, and act as a technical reviewer at design-review gates.
• Define production line, automation, and facility requirements for satellite and subsystem
• Collaborate with Engineering, AIT, and Production to align requirements with real design and
• Coordinate with Global Manufacturing Infrastructure to implement site-specific line, automation

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on design or systems engineering background in satellite hardware, with depth in RF, optical
• Strong understanding of how design decisions impact manufacturability, tolerancing, integration
• Experience building and maintaining standards, gate criteria, and tooling under leadership guidance.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, AIT, or Production teams to gather technical input.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical detail into clear standards and tooling content.
