Lead medical/scientific input for core medical affairs activities
Collaborate with Global Medical, Clinical Development, Commercial, and Market Access teams
Drive data generation, communications, and expert engagement for assets (Epcoritamab, Ibrutinib)
Oversee medical affairs governance, strategy, and integrated evidence plans
Develop and disseminate scientific data to support product strategy and launches

🎯 Requirements

MD/DO or equivalent; residency/fellowship preferred
5+ years clinical trial or medical affairs experience; leadership in cross-functional teams
In-depth knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements
Senior/leadership experience in a therapeutic area (hematology/oncology) preferred
Excellent English communication; international experience a plus
