📋 Description

  • Hybrid in-office schedule Tue-Thu; Lake County, IL or Florham Park, NJ, Waltham, MA, San Francisco
  • Lead medical/scientific input for core medical affairs activities.
  • Drive data generation, education initiatives, and safety surveillance.
  • Collaborate with marketing/commercial teams on brand strategies.
  • Lead governance for AbbVie assets and external engagements.
  • Develop integrated evidence plans to support launch readiness.

🎯 Requirements

  • MD/DO or equivalent; residency/fellowship preferred.
  • 5+ years clinical trial experience in biotech/pharma; 7+ preferred.
  • Leadership in cross-functional teams; ability to run programs with little supervision.
  • Expert knowledge in relevant therapeutic area; pharmacovigilance understanding.
  • Excellent English communication; international experience a plus.
  • Advanced degree (PhD or PharmD) for Senior Scientific Director; otherwise MD for Executive Medical
