📋 Description

  • Provide medical/scientific input into core medical affairs activities.
  • Drive data generation, education initiatives, and safety surveillance.
  • Collaborate with Brand Teams to support asset strategy and launches.
  • Lead external stakeholder interactions with Payers, PRESCRIBERS, Providers.
  • Lead or contribute to comprehensive evidence plans for assets.
  • Mentor and develop medical affairs teams and governances.

🎯 Requirements

  • MD/DO or PhD/PharmD with senior medical affairs or trial leadership experience.
  • Typically 10+ years in pharma/biotech with leadership in cross-functional teams.
  • Expert knowledge of clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to design and execute Phase II-III programs and advisory boards.
  • Strong English communication and external collaboration skills.
  • Experience with hematology assets and market access considerations preferred.
