Senior Scientist, Analytical Development

📋 Description

• Design, develop, qualify cell-based bioassays for potency, lot release, and product
• Transfer assays to GMP labs and client sites; support assay platform expansion.
• Maintain assay-ready cell lines and banks; ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze and present data using validated software; collaborate across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related field
• Expertise in cell-based bioassays, neutralizing antibody testing, ELISA, flow cytometry, and cell
• Proficiency with GraphPad Prism, JMP, PLA, SoftMax Pro, or similar data analysis tools.
• Experience with ICH Q6B, USP <1032>, GMP/GLP expectations, data integrity, and regulated
• Strong scientific writing, client-facing communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
