Senior Scientist – BTS (Process)

📋 Description

• Senior Scientist to join Bio Technology Solutions (BTS) Vaccine formulation team in Boxmeer.
• Lead one or more projects focusing on new product development and transfer of vaccine formulations
• Perform hands-on lab work; design experiments; manage timelines, resources, and risks.
• Ensure operations meet GxP, GLP/GMP compliance; generate regulatory documents and reports.
• Act as subject matter expert and drive improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Technology or related field
• Experience scaling up chemical production processes and familiarity with laboratory operations.
• Experience working under GxP guidelines; knowledge of MPS methodologies and project transfer
• Strong ability to manage projects and multidisciplinary teams; good communication and documentation
