📋 Description

• Senior ML Engineer / Data Scientist to design AI/ML systems for biology data pipelines
• Build RAG, graph-based RAG, LLM-powered pipelines and multi-agent systems
• Integrate knowledge graphs, omics data, and biological context for discovery
• Develop conversational AI interfaces for scientists to query data
• Collaborate with experimental scientists to ensure interpretability
• Stay current on LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and conversational AI advances

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in CS/ML/Math/Biology or related; 1–3 yrs experience (preferred)
• Proven track record with LLM-based apps, RAG, graph-based RAG, or chatbot dev
• Proficiency in Python and LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch or similar
• Experience with multi-omics or high-dim biological data a plus
• Familiarity with probabilistic modeling or causal inference a plus
• Strong knowledge graph/graph DB and vector DB experience
