📋 Description

• Conceive, design and implement data solutions for large, complex data
• Lead data science approaches to advance AbbVie Dev Sci pipelines
• Collaborate across biology, chemistry and analytics teams
• Develop methods to derive novel insights from diverse data sources
• Mentor team members and influence project strategy
• Publish findings and present to leadership as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years or Master’s with 4 years or PhD with 2 years
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, stats and ML
• Excellent written and oral English communication
• Experience delivering creative tech solutions in pharma or life sciences
• Autonomous, productive with minimal oversight
• Mentor or supervise small teams when needed
