• Oversee successful execution of projects for a sponsor within a CRO setting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources
• Mitigate risks and ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Lead operational aspects of medical affairs work streams across teams
• Provide clinical science support and literature evaluation as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, life sciences, or related field
• Industry experience in pharma/life sciences
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and Excel
