Senior Scrum Master

📋 Description

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retros.
• Coach teams in Agile, Scrum, estimation, and capacity planning.
• Help teams become self-organizing and accountable.
• Identify and remove impediments; escalate systemic delivery issues.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, and releases across Enterprise Engineering.
• Lead continuous improvement using velocity, cycle time, and throughput metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in tech delivery with Scrum Master/Agile leadership.
• Experience supporting cross-functional software and SaaS teams.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
