Senior SDET Engineer Lead

📋 Description

• Own acceptance testing, functional validation, regression coverage, and release-quality decisions
• Define clear acceptance criteria and quality standards in partnership with clients, product teams
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites and frameworks across web, API, and
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and agentic development workflows
• Review and validate code quality, system behavior, and production readiness
• Identify edge cases and failure modes that may be overlooked during development

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SDET, quality assurance, or test automation, including ownership of test
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, and/or Python
• Proficiency with modern testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Vitest, Jest, or pytest
• Experience defining acceptance criteria and performing functional validation beyond unit-level CI
• Experience designing and maintaining automated tests for web, API, and end-to-end workflows
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tooling, pipelines, and quality-gating practices
